1. Our services

Welcome to Y Cotton Garments (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and all interactions related to the manufacturing of premium private-label garments. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or using our website, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your business and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services Overview

We specialize in manufacturing custom, private-label garments (t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, etc.) from scratch based on your brand’s specifications. We do not offer ready-made stock or low-quality wholesale products.

3. Order Process

  • Quotes & Samples: Quotes are valid for [X] days. Samples may incur charges unless otherwise agreed.

  • Custom Orders: Final designs, fabrics, and specifications must be approved in writing by both parties before production begins.

  • Revisions: Post-approval changes may delay production and incur additional costs.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in [currency] and exclude taxes, shipping, or duties unless stated.

  • A deposit of 50% is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment.

  • Delayed payments may result in order cancellation or storage fees.

5. Production & Delivery

    • Timelines: Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to material availability, approvals, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Shipping: Shipping costs and risks (damage, delays, customs) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

    • Inspection: Clients must inspect goods upon delivery and report defects within 3 days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Client Ownership: Designs, logos, and specifications provided by you remain your intellectual property.

  • Our Rights: We retain ownership of proprietary manufacturing processes, patterns, and templates unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cancellations & Returns

  • Cancellations: Orders in production may only be canceled with written agreement, subject to costs incurred.

  • Returns: Custom-manufactured goods are non-returnable unless defective (see Section 8).

8. Warranty & Defects

We guarantee that all garments will meet the agreed specifications and quality standards. Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery for resolution (repair, replacement, or credit).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or supplier issues.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [India/State]. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in [Tirupur, India] before pursuing legal action.

12. Amendments
